Episodes are long. Social media still needs short clips on Instagram and TikTok that catch attention. Doing both meant the team had to find a faster way than watching every minute by hand.

The challenge

Posting full episodes was one thing; keeping TikTok and Instagram fed was another.

Before Choppity, people on the team sat through entire episodes and wrote timestamps by hand, then jumped into editing software. Good moments often landed late in the episode, so fatigue and distractions piled up. Busy weeks meant fewer timestamps and quieter social feeds.

  • Together that's about 20,400 plays across the apps on clips run through Magic Clips before polish.

Going back to the old workflow would slow posts and drag growth exactly the way they already felt before Magic Clips. They're not guessing; they've lived that slower version.

Long episodes still come first; short clips ride behind them.
