A simple creative flow
Put your recording where it is needed
Send a viewing link or take the file to your next destination.
Review the recording
Check the finished video and its details. Add a helpful summary or links for the people who will watch.
Enable public viewing
As the recording owner, turn on public sharing and copy the viewing link.
Help viewers find their place
Viewers can watch without an account and use the transcript and available chapters to jump to a useful moment.
Download when you need a file
Choose the edited video or available separate screen, camera and audio files for your next destination.
01 Make it easy to watch
One link. No viewer account needed.
The recording owner can enable public viewing and copy a link to share with students, customers or teammates. Anyone with the link can watch the recording. Turn sharing off when you no longer need public access; turning it back on creates a new link.
02 Help people find the right part
A transcript and chapters beside the lesson.
Viewers can jump to a passage through the transcript. Longer spoken recordings can also receive an automatic summary and chapters that make the lesson easier to navigate. These appear as processing finishes, and their timing follows the edited recording.
03 Take the files you need
The finished video, or the pieces for another edit.
Download the edited video for your course platform, YouTube or another destination. You can also get the available screen, camera and audio files separately, or group them in a ZIP. Download options reflect what you recorded and the quality available from that source.
A few helpful answers
Good to know
before you start.
Learn the details of sharing & downloads, then find the plan that fits your workflow.
View plans and pricing Can viewers comment, edit or download from the public link?
The public watch page is view-only. It does not offer viewers commenting, editing or downloading controls. The recording owner manages sharing and downloads from their account.
Can I turn public sharing off?
Yes. The recording owner can disable public sharing. Turning it on again creates a new link, so you can choose where to share it next.
Is a transcript available immediately?
Transcription and chapter processing can finish after the recording first becomes available. Viewers can use the transcript and chapters when those results are ready.
Does every recording get automatic chapters?
Chapters need enough spoken content to identify useful sections. Short or speech-free recordings may not have them; longer spoken recordings can receive a summary and chapter navigation.
Can I download screen, camera and audio separately?
Yes, when those sources are present in the recording. The download dialog offers available separate files and a ZIP option. Each file is marked Original or Edited to show whether applicable edits are included.
What download resolution can I choose?
The download dialog shows the resolutions available for your recording. Options depend on the source footage and its layout, so you can choose a supported resolution for the finished video.
